Delivery Destinations

We deliver to all UK postcode areas covering England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or military addresses. Free delivery applies to all eligible UK addresses.

Delivery Cost

Free delivery on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time (Handling Time)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Cut‑off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT/BST) will be processed the next business day.

What Counts as a Business Day

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays (New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holiday, Late Summer Bank Holiday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and any other UK statutory bank holidays).

Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once processed, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Delivery Time

4-7 business days from order placement (processing + transit).

Carriers

We use Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Need to Change or Cancel Your Order

Before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. After delivery, your statutory 14‑day cooling‑off right applies, and we also offer a voluntary 30‑day return window from the date you receive the item.

Lost Packages

If your package has not been delivered within 7 business days from the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. We will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our support team at info@ruggable.life, and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it for you via a full refund or replacement.

Extreme Weather & Delays

In the event of weather‑related delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be extended. We will notify affected customers as soon as possible and work to resolve the situation.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November through January), processing and transit times may be longer than standard. We recommend placing orders at least 10 business days before any desired delivery date.
