Your Agreement with Ruggable

This website is owned and operated by MITCHELL MR ANDREW KER, a registered Sole Trader in the United Kingdom, trading as “Ruggable”. By using ruggable.life (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Order Cancellation

Before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. After delivery, your statutory 14‑day cooling‑off right applies, and we also offer a voluntary 30‑day return window from the date you receive the item.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Returns

Free delivery to all UK postcode areas. Free 30‑day returns (includes your statutory rights). See full policies for details.

Sales Tax

No UK VAT applies (sole trader below threshold). The price displayed is final.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruggable shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Verification of Returns

We may verify order details or carrier information where necessary. This will not reduce your statutory rights or delay any refund beyond the legal deadline.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
