The design is complemented by a slightly lighter rose gold, creating a subtle yet shiny halo outline on some of the motifs, and adding depth within the composition. Items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories included. You are entitled to inspect and test the product as you would in a physical store. If the rug shows signs of use beyond normal inspection — such as stains, pet hair, odours, or permanent damage — we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value. Exclusions: gift cards, permanently installed or modified products.
